Editorial standards

The reviewed core monograph is built from a claims ledger in which each factual statement carries its source, evidence grade, fetch date and supporting extract. Statements about human evidence cite human studies; animal and isolated-tissue evidence is labeled by model. The ledger ships publicly at /evidence.json so readers can repeat the check.

The 53 generated guides are a separate review-gated archive. They remain available for preservation and source-by-source review, but are noindex, excluded from the sitemap and omitted from AI citation files. They have not been reviewed by a named clinician and will not be reintroduced to search until a documented medical and editorial review approves each URL.

We cite peer-reviewed journals, FDA pages, ClinicalTrials.gov, PubChem and the WADA Prohibited List. We link free full text (PubMed Central or Europe PMC) wherever it exists. We do not cite vendor pages, forums or clinic marketing as evidence for any factual claim; where market practices are described, the citation is a peer-reviewed review that documents them. Where a fact exists only in a company announcement, we say so in the sentence that reports it and cite the peer-reviewed source that records the announcement rather than presenting the announcement as literature. Fetch dates are recorded for every source, and fda.gov pages are archived at fetch time because they change.

This pack records its build date (2026-08-14) on every page. We re-verify the FDA compounding lists, the trial registry records and the WADA Prohibited List when new versions publish, and we update pages when a new human study of this compound is indexed. The single most likely meaningful event, publication of the weight-loss results for METAOD005 or METAOD006, would trigger a same-week update.

If a source or claim is wrong, email editorial@formblends.com with the page, claim and primary source. Corrections that survive a check against primary sources are applied to the page and reflected in its dateModified. Disputes about interpretation are resolved in favor of the more conservative reading of the evidence.

The care-plan section is commercial. It links to a separate FormBlends checkout, licensed-provider review and pharmacy-fulfillment flow. This site or its owner may benefit financially when a visitor uses that flow. Payment does not guarantee a prescription; a licensed provider determines medical appropriateness. Commercial placement does not change the evidence grades, sources or negative trial findings presented in the editorial core.
